Now let’s talk about the role: Join our inbound sales team and be the first point of contact for customers who are interested in signing up with Red Energy for their gas and electricity needs. This role is all about engaging with multiple prospective customers daily and tailoring your approach to each one using your strong communication skills to get them onboard with a leading Aussie energy provider! The role is a full time permanent opportunity, working on a rotating roster between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday between 8:00am - 4:00pm with a day off during that week. Key requirements: Experience in customer service/ sales/ retail/ hospitality - we can teach you the rest! Ability to build rapport with people whilst delivering a high-level service A positive self-motivated attitude Full time in office in Broadbeach with glorious views of the ocean!
