You’ll play a key role in building relationships, managing incoming calls, and ensuring our families receive an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding inbound and outbound customer service Guide new families through enquiries and enrolment steps with warmth and professionalism Manage centre tour bookings and maintain accurate waitlists Conduct follow-up and check-in calls with existing families to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with centres to fill vacancies and maintain healthy occupancy levels Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Aspire’s customer systems About You Exceptional communication and phone etiquette Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and data entry skills with great attention to detail Ability to manage a busy switchboard confidently and efficiently Familiarity with childcare management systems (advantageous but not essential) A genuine team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment At Aspire, we are committed to child safety, inclusion, and diversity .
