To do this, we work with the entire Australian food and grocery sector including farmers, wholesalers, manufacturers and retailers who donate and redirect surplus product to us so we can make it available to charities providing emergency food relief. Foodbank NSW & ACT is a not-for-profit, federated organisation who support over 1,100 schools and place-based organisations right across NSW and ACT. Each month we provide 337,000 households with food and grocery assistance. Despite Foodbank’s scale and capacity, we are currently only meeting half the need. The Impact You Will Have in This Role As the CRM Data & Insights Specialist , you’ll play a key role in helping Foodbank leverage its data and technology to deepen relationships and drive meaningful impact. Your expertise in Salesforce administration, campaign management, and reporting will ensure our teams have the insights and tools they need to deliver effective fundraising and marketing campaigns - helping more Australians access the food they need. Reporting to the Reporting & Data Analyst, the CRM Data & Insights Specialist will oversee and support the organisation’s Salesforce environment - ensuring data integrity, smooth workflows and actionable reporting. You’ll be the trusted bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and clarity in everything from campaign setup to insight delivery. Key Responsibilities: Set up, configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Campaigns including segmentation logic, hierarchy and tracking. Oversee campaign member imports and updates, ensuring accuracy and data consistency. Create, maintain and optimise Salesforce reports and dashboards for actionable insights. Extract and prepare data for analysis, briefs and ad-hoc projects. Clean, validate and transform data to ensure integrity and usability. Perform core Salesforce administration tasks including user management, permissions, data imports and profiles. Document system processes, logic and data flows. Collaborate across teams to deliver timely, accurate insights that inform decision-making. Promote compliance with data governance, privacy and security standards. Skills and Experience: You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys connecting the dots between systems, data and strategy. You bring: 2 - 3 years’ experience in Salesforce administration, CRM data or system support roles. Proven experience managing Salesforce Campaigns and campaign member logic. Strong reporting and dashboarding skills in Salesforce. Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (flows, validations, etc.). Confidence working with data extraction, cleaning and transformation (Excel, CSV, SQL or similar). Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams. High attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
