Our client Dryandra Farms is a mixed farming operation located in Popanyinning, Western Australia . They are seeking a full-time Farm Worker to join their team, working across broadacre cropping and livestock operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong practical farming skills, good work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Position Details Location: Popanyinning, Western Australia Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 45 hours per week, Sundays off Salary: AUD $69,000 – $110,000 per annum Accommodation & Vehicle: House and vehicle provided Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist with crop production including seeding, spraying, harvest and hay operations Carry out sheep handling tasks including feeding, drenching, lamb marking, shearing assistance and animal welfare monitoring Perform machinery servicing, basic mechanical repairs, welding, and workshop maintenance Carry out fencing, general farm maintenance and property repairs Follow safe work practices and comply with farm biosecurity and safety procedures Record and report farm activities as required Operate trucks and farm vehicles as needed (truck licence advantageous) Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in general farming , livestock/sheep operations, hay experience, and harvest experience required Ability to operate modern agricultural machinery Mechanical aptitude (basic welding and machinery maintenance an advantage) Valid driver's licence (truck or HC/MC licence highly regarded) Trade qualification in mechanics, welding, fabrication or agriculture (advantageous) Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised Physically fit and able to handle farm work Non-smoker preferred How to Apply To apply, please send your resume and contact details to: recruitment@mwmigration.com.au
