We have an excellent fulltime permanent opportunity for a proactive and experienced Spare Parts leading hand to oversee the day-to-day operations of our parts department. You'll provide visible leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the spare parts team to ensure efficient and accurate order processing. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and cycle counts. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of parts. Provide technical advice and support to customers and team members. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment. Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with training and development of team members. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a spare parts or inventory management role, ideally in automotive, industrial, or machinery sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Sound knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer literacy. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Forklift licence. Reliable transport and a strong work ethic. Additional Information: Monday to Friday. Day shift hours.
