This is a hands-on yet strategic leadership role, ideal for a highly experienced professional with a background across five-star hotels, premium dining, and large-scale events. The Role You'll oversee the seamless operation of multiple kitchens, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional food across a variety of outlets - including fine dining, casual dining, café, and events. The Executive Chef will play a key role in shaping the venue's culinary direction, inspiring collaboration across Food & Beverage and Events teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
