About the Role We're seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our client's team in South Windsor. You will be responsible for accurately estimating projects and preparing competitive tenders, contributing directly to the company's continued success. This is a full-time office-based position in South Windsor. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely project tenders and cost estimates Assess documentation, identify project requirements and risks Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and compare quotations Assist with budget preparation, scopes of work, and scheduling Contribute to proposal strategies and value engineering Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure high-quality submissions Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Sales Estimator or Construction Estimator role Sound understanding of construction methods and documentation Strong analytically, communication, and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and relevant estimating software Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Estimating, or Quantity Surveying Must be able to work full-time from the South Windsor Office Must have experience working on commercial and industrial projects Benefits Work on exciting and varied commercial and industrial projects Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth Well-established company with a solid reputation Competitive remuneration and stable long-term employment About the Company Our client is a privately owned industrial and commercial construction company based in Windsor, North Western Sydney.
