The Role Working within the red meat processing industry, this role offers a mix of physical and operational tasks within a busy and safety-focused environment. As a Laundry/Loadout Labourer , you'll support both loadout and laundry operations at a large, well-organised processing facility in Central West. The position suits someone reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work in a cold and fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations across both product handling and hygiene management areas. Load Out Duties: Push beef and mutton carcasses along overhead hook systems Move carcasses from chillers to scales and transport trucks Load whole or halved carcasses (minimal boxed product) Rotate through load out tasks, including: Pushing carcasses Chiller operations Loading bay work Scale operation Follow manual handling and PPE safety procedures Maintain hygiene standards across loadout areas Work effectively as part of a large, fast-moving team Laundry Duties: Collect used PPE and workwear from various areas on-site Operate industrial washers and dryers Sort, wash, dry, and prepare garments for redistribution Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the laundry area Restock laundry supplies as required Identify and report damaged or missing garments Support cleanliness and organisation in the laundry Benefits Pay rate: $30.66 per hour plus penalty rates Duration: 6 months Hours: 40 hours per week Opportunity to gain experience across multiple support areas Work with a professional, safety-driven operations team Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
