Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and preparation of balanced, appetising meals that meet dietary and cultural requirements. Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver outstanding food and service experiences. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including staffing, budgeting, ordering, and compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with clinical and care teams to meet residents’ individual dietary needs. Ensure all practices align with ACQSC dining experience standards and organisational values.
