Reporting to the Branch Manager, we're looking for a self-motivated and safety-focused team player to join the team in an Internal Sales role and help us achieve our goals. What you will be doing Providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maximising sales opportunities. Greeting customers and attending to phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner Merchandising the showroom to a high standard and restocking shelves Undertaking stocktakes, ensuring a high level of accuracy Identifying stock or products that are slow moving Monitoring and actioning back-order reports daily Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy showroom at all times Administration tasks as required. What we need from you Demonstrated experienced in a retail, sales or customer service environment, ideally from a trades/industrial background. A passion for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets Demonstrated ability of working safely, being accountable, acting ethically, and treating everyone with respect A flexible can-do attitude and ability to adapt Demonstrated ability to work well both in a team environment and independently Ability to undertake accurate stock counts and maintain high attention to detail Good computer skills and experience using POS systems. Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be on your feet most of the day. A background or interested in the industrial and/or welding industry is highly desirable.
