About the Role We're looking for a Qualified Retail Butcher to join this well-established business in Palmerston, Darwin . You'll bring your expertise in all areas of butchery, from preparation and de-boning to maintaining top presentation standards. You'll take pride in your craft, ensuring every cut meets the highest quality and every customer leaves happy. This role may also suit someone not trade qualified but experienced in back-of-house butchery work, such as preparation, packing, or assisting with cutting. If you're keen to learn and love the industry, they're happy to train the right person.
