A Day in the Life An exciting role for an Associate Customer Marketing Specialist to join the Pelvic Health Team. Reporting directly to the Business Manager for the ANZ Pelvic Health business, the Associate Customer Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to work within a talented marketing team and assist in planning, implementing, and executing Medtronic medical education, customer education, and engagement events. It is estimated that millions of people worldwide have incontinence, and many of them limit their lives socially, professionally, and personally because of their condition. Medtronic Pelvic Health has led the incontinence neuromodulation market for over 30 years. Today, we offer the largest portfolio of neuromodulation therapy options for bladder and bowel control. Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned: Partner with sales, clinical, and operational teams to align marketing activities with business priorities and customer needs. Support the creation, localisation, and deployment of marketing content and collateral to ensure timely and consistent delivery across channels. Support the planning, logistics, and delivery of educational and promotional events (in-person and virtual) to ensure high-quality execution that reflects Medtronic’s professional standards. Assist the marketing team with administrative and logistical requirements, including campaign tracking, supplier coordination, and expense management. Orchestrates and integrates all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.) To maintain HCP compliance, execution of events to deliver an excellent customer experience, and assist the marketing team with logistics and administrative requirements. Required Knowledge and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree is required Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably if have experience supporting sales &/or marketing Experience in MedTech or Healthcare industry but open to experience in other sectors Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow processes and use of systems Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
