Optimise. Deliver. Pacific National is seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to support frontline operations across our coal and bulk haulage business in Gunnedah. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving safety, training, performance, and team engagement in a fast-paced rail environment. About the Role As Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting the Regional Operations Manager, lead teams and operational staff across multiple depots Provide oversight, advice and guidance for operations to ensure agreed standard of safety, revenue, earnings, customer service and operational performance targets Management of improvement initiatives, contracts and special projects for region Driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture Lead Driver Trainer team, manage route competencies and oversee training in the NW Drive performance, safety, engagement and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in rail, mining, logistics or heavy industry Strong operational knowledge and a safety-first mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead change and deliver results under pressure Why Join Us?
