About the role This role contributes to the success of the City by ensuring our warehouse and inventory operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will play a key part in supporting the transition to a centralised inventory model, helping us deliver better service to our teams and community. Role accountabilities include: Receive, check, and deliver goods across Council sites using Council vehicles. Maintain accurate inventory records and support stocktaking using digital systems. Process requisitions, purchase orders, and store issues efficiently. Assist with data entry and reporting across procurement and inventory platforms. Operate forklifts and manual handling equipment safely and responsibly. Support the rollout of Council’s centralised inventory model, including mini stores. Ensure compliance with WHS protocols and proactively identify safety risks. Provide excellent service to internal teams and collaborate across departments.
