The role We are partnering with this firm to recruit an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their Employment & Workplace Relations team in Melbourne. Key responsibilities Advise clients on employment and workplace relations matters across industries Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, advices, contracts and settlement documentation Represent clients at conciliations and in litigation (where required) Manage files and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely, commercially practical advice Assist with business development and contribute to team initiatives and practice growth About you Minimum 7 years’ post‑admission experience in employment and workplace relations law Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and related workplace legislation Proven experience in conciliations, litigation and client advice Excellent drafting, research, communication and interpersonal skills Commercially astute, client‑focused, reliable and able to manage competing deadlines What the firm offer s Competitive salary and benefits package Bonus / Commission structure for billings above budget Referral Commission for matters introduced the the wider firm Clear opportunities for career progression and professional development Supportive, collaborative culture that values work–life balance and wellbeing Exposure to a broad client base and access to senior lawyers 2 days in office and 3 days from home Details Apply Now
