Responsibilities Serve as the front-line representative at the counter, greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions, addressing email inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Conduct front counter sales and accurately handle payment transactions. Assist in managing stock levels, reconciling inventory, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accuracy. Utilize SAP software to process customer orders and manage inventory data (SAP knowledge is highly regarded). Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Maintain a detailed understanding of our product line to adequately assist customers with questions and product recommendations. Uphold a high level of professionalism and excellent communication in both written and verbal interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong emphasis on providing a high level of service and satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Demonstrated experience in front counter sales and phone sales. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with stock reconciliation processes. Experience with SAP software is highly regarded but not essential. A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
