The Opportunity We’re looking for a Group Tax, Treasury & Statutory Reporting Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role is responsible for managing the company’s global tax and treasury functions, as well as leading the preparation and audit of our Group’s financial statements. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong, CA/CPA Qualified finance professional who thrives in a dynamic FMCG environment and enjoys balancing detail-oriented compliance with big-picture financial strategy . This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same - and you will be part of a Group Finance Team that is down to earth, supportive, and will help you celebrate the wins (and meet those deadlines!) What You’ll Do Lead global tax management across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, including transfer pricing and compliance. Manage treasury operations — oversee cashflow, liquidity, debt covenants, foreign currency, and banking relationships. Drive statutory reporting — prepare and Lead audits the preparation and audit of the financial statements for all legal entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Oversee insurance programs , annual renewals, and claims management. Act as a trusted advisor to the business and external partners, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Work at Pace - working collaboratively with a highly engaging Group Financial Controller, you will be able to juggling competing deadlines with calm and grace, as well as being available to provide detailed reports at short notice and when required. About You You are a CA/CPA Qualified finance professional who enjoys working across multiple jurisdictions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You bring a commercial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business. To be considered for this role you will have: CA/CPA qualification. 5 years’ experience in tax, treasury, and financial reporting in a commercial environment (FMCG experience preferred - this role is not suitable for a first stepper from the Big 4). Proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You are known for your ability to provide commercial insights and be solutions focused. Deep understanding of international accounting standards and statutory reporting. In fact, it is highly likely that this is a passion of yours! Experience managing tax compliance in multi-company, cross-border environments.
