Process billing, payments, and Medicare/HICAPS claims. Perform scanning, data entry, and document management. Coordinate investigations and correspondence for clinicians. Provide a welcoming first impression to patients and healthcare professionals. Support clinic operations across multiple locations as needed. About You: Professional, approachable, and adaptable in a multi-clinic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and primary care workflows. High attention to detail with sound problem-solving skills. Confident team player who thrives in busy medical settings. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience using Best Practice Software and HICAPS terminals. Previous medical reception or administration experience. Flexibility to work across Earlwood, Sans Souci, and Bangor. Multilingual abilities (Greek, Cantonese, Mandarin, Italian, Arabic, or Mongolian) highly regarded.
