We are looking for experienced Chefs and Cooks for our client based in Hillarys, Perth, WA. The positions are full time, $65-$85K a year salary depending on experience and the position. In this hands on roles, the chosen candidates must: Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelines Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met.
