About the role We are seeking a People & Culture - Workplace Relations Business Partner to assist the General Manager - People & Culture with the provision of expert advice, support & guidance to line manager, employees and volunteers on a broad range of people related policies, procedures, practices and initiatives across St John Ambulance (Vic)(SJAV). You will have experience developing good working relationships with People & Culture and across SJAV to support the P&C strategy and business plan objectives. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters. As our ideal candidate, you will possess: A tertiary qualification in HR management, industrial relations or equivalent and/or experience in a complex services organisation with sound experience in a HR internal consulting role Demonstrated experience in workplace relations, industrial relations, and employee relations advisory roles Strong understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, awards and relevant regulations Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters, including investigations & conflict resolution Experience in facilitating presentations and training in people and culture related initiatives and activities Sound experience in influencing key decision makers in the face of resistance to achieve problem resolution Don't meet every requirement?
