Your Next Role Are you hands-on, switched-on, and ready to be part of a team that values skill, quality, and safety above all? In this role, you will do more than just assemble timber, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality, durable pallets that support supply chains across the country. You will thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and commitment to quality are truly valued. All our people go home in the same condition they came to work, safety before production. Build timber pallets using tools including saws, nail guns and hammers. Operate machinery and equipment involved in the pallet production process, including stacking timber, feeding timber into the bandsaw, and operating a forklift as needed. Maintain accuracy and consistency across all pallet builds—each unit must meet our high standards. Contribute to a team environment where everyone works towards daily production targets. Shepparton Shepparton is a vibrant regional centre known for its strong agricultural base, particularly in horticulture and dairy. The town offers a blend of urban convenience and rural charm, with a growing population, diverse community, and well-developed infrastructure. Its central location and access to key transport routes make it a vital hub for regional business and logistics across Victoria. About you Experience using hand tools and machinery, such as nail guns, saws, hammers, or bandsaws, in a production or timber environment. The ability to stack and feed timber and operate a forklift when required. A safety-first mindset, you follow procedures carefully and look out for your teammates. Attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring every pallet meets our standards. A reliable and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. A current Forklift Licence (LF) is highly regarded but not essential. Why Hyne Timber?
