Talent Acquisition / Recruitment - Delivery Focus We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role supporting one main client across Accounting, Finance, and Sales functions. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from job briefing and sourcing to offer management — while working flexibly between our office, client sites, and from home. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Manage the full recruitment process across Accounting, Finance, and Sales disciplines. Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.). Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong cultural and technical fit. Coordinate interview processes and provide regular feedback to candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. About You Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally across Accounting, Finance, and/or Sales roles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Able to work autonomously and adapt to different work environments (client site, office, remote). Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities across a range of clients or departments.
