Due to the being very busy, this global medical device company is seeking a strong, reliable person who has knowledge on SAP to hit the ground running, assisting with a backlog of work and then moving into a with Customer Service assistant. We are looking for a resilient, hard working administrator/customer service operator who is a fast learner to undertake the work assisting in various duties. Firstly to assist in some audits and reporting and then moving into more of a Customer Service role, assisting patients and hospital staff. This role includes but is not limited to: Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals Reporting work on home patients and audits Performing accurate data entry into SAP Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing Supporting order management and customer follow-ups Tracking orders and managing customer information What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded Experience using SAP is preferred This position is starting on a temp basis and may turn perm for the right candidate.
