Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support their Planning & Environment team in their Brisbane CBD office. The Opportunity You'll be part of a down-to-earth and collaborative team, providing high-level administrative and practice support to Partners and other legal professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative and practice management support to Partners and allocated fee earners Prepare correspondence, documents, and contracts Manage diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements Assist with monthly billing and file management Liaise with clients and external stakeholders Provide project and matter support as required About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of two years' experience in a legal support or Personal Assistant role within a law firm or professional services environment Proven experience supporting a Partner or Senior Executive Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Experience using legal practice management software (desirable) Law students with relevant experience and at least 18 months remaining on their degree who are able to work full-time are also encouraged to apply.
