Perks: Annual fitness incentive to support your health and wellbeing Birthday leave to celebrate your special day Performance-based incentives recognising consistent delivery Career development planning tailored to your goals High-spec laptop and premium business tools Collaborative team culture built on integrity, improvement, and support Initial training and ongoing professional development opportunities Exposure to cutting-edge technology across mining, agriculture, and professional services sectors Flexible work arrangements and remote work options Employee wellness programme and resources Roles and Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support to clients via remote and occasional on-site assistance Troubleshoot and resolve medium to complex technical issues across Windows and Mac environments Manage SharePoint administration including library creation, permissions configuration, and site management Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive Assist with client onboarding and technology implementations Configure and support business applications, printing systems, and network infrastructure Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical procedures Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and provide mentoring support Contribute to cybersecurity strategy and best practice implementations Manage service desk tickets using professional service automation tools Role Requirements: Proven experience in Level 2 IT support or similar technical role Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently with minimal direction Experience working in a managed service provider environment highly regarded Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical Requirements: Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Demonstrated SharePoint administration experience including library setup and permissions management Proficiency with Power Automate workflow creation and automation Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Experience with business applications and printing systems Understanding of network systems and troubleshooting Familiarity with remote support tools and RMM platforms Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Experience with managed service provider toolsets advantageous We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
