We’re partnering with a leading education institution that’s currently delivering a large-scale Finance Modernisation and Remediation Program. As part of this, they’re looking for an experienced Workday Systems Analyst (HCM) to join their team and play a key role in stabilising and optimising their Workday environment. This role will suit someone who thrives on solving complex system issues, managing ticket queues, and digging into the root cause of problems to drive meaningful fixes - not just quick workarounds. Key Responsibilities: Manage and triage incoming Workday support tickets across HCM finance modules. Conduct detailed analysis of issues, replicate errors, and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths. Partner with internal stakeholders, functional leads, and Workday support to progress ticket resolution. Identify recurring patterns or systemic issues and support remediation activities to prevent reoccurrence. Support testing, validation, and documentation of fixes or enhancements in alignment with program goals. Contribute to process improvement and knowledge base documentation to uplift overall system maturity. About You: Proven experience as a Workday HCM Analyst or Systems Support Specialist. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve high-volume ticket workloads efficiently. Strong understanding of Workday configuration, data integrity, and user support. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative approach, with confidence working across both business and technical teams.
