We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to take on a leadership role within their growing consultancy. About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing the civil engineering division, providing technical guidance, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, councils, and stakeholders to foster long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the civil engineering team across multiple projects Oversee design and documentation using tools such as 12D, MUSIC, Drains, and HEC-RAS Ensure compliance with relevant standards and council requirements Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery Contribute to business development efforts and help grow the client base Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within the team. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on urban infrastructure and drainage Strong proficiency in 12D, MUSIC, Drains, and HEC-RAS software Proven leadership experience and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Existing relationships with local councils and industry contacts Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development INTERESTED?
