Leading financial services firm requires a permanent Business Analyst for their Sydney CBD office. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with global financial institutions to design and deliver digital advice solutions. Key Responsibilities; Lead client meetings and workshops to understand business models, propositions, and the benefits of our digital advice platform. Capture, document, and manage business requirements using collaboration tools. Analyse requirements to uncover hidden needs, data validations, and exception scenarios. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure platform solutions address all captured requirements. Validate requirements and proposed solutions through workshops and walkthroughs. Conduct testing and lead client demonstrations to confirm system functionality. Maintain internal documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery. To succeed in this role, you have; Experience in customer-facing Business Analyst who loves diving deep into client needs and turning them into smart, scalable solutions. Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, global team. A bachelor’s degree. Background in financial advice, wealth management, or broader financial services. Experience with financial services technology platforms. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Proven ability to meet client deadlines in collaborative team environments.
