About the Company Our client is a leading building services contractor providing high-quality Building Management System (BMS) solutions across commercial and industrial sites throughout Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced BMS Service Technician to join their team. About the Role This is a field-based role where you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting BMS and HVAC control systems across a range of client sites. You’ll work independently on the road, supported by a strong technical and operations team. A fully maintained company vehicle is included. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and fault finding on BMS and HVAC control systems System diagnostics, software adjustments, and minor programming updates Assist with commissioning activities for upgrades and retrofit projects Provide technical support and guidance to clients Complete service reports and documentation Maintain safe work practices and uphold company standards Skills & Experience Experience in BMS, Controls, or HVAC automation Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies Exposure to major BMS platforms (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Alerton, Honeywell, Tridium/Niagara, etc.) Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues independently IT/networking knowledge (advantageous) Electrical licence, restricted electrical licence, or relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded) Current driver’s licence What’s On Offer $60–$65 per hour , depending on experience Company vehicle provided Ongoing training and development Supportive contractor environment Variety of work across commercial and industrial sites Autonomous on-the-road role Click Apply Now or contact us for a confidential discussion.
