About the Role We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Provisional Paediatric Psychologist to join a dynamic allied health team based on Tasmania's beautiful North-West Coast. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide evidence-based interventions in paediatric cognitive rehabilitation and clinical psychological support across hospital and community settings. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary paediatric teams including physicians, allied health professionals, and nurses to deliver holistic, client-centred care. Key Responsibilities Conduct specialised psychological services for inpatients and outpatients in acute and sub-acute settings. Develop and deliver evidence-based therapeutic and behavioural rehabilitation programs. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to design and evaluate individualised, patient-centred care plans. Provide high-quality clinical documentation and professional reports for healthcare providers and external agencies. Engage in ongoing professional supervision and development activities. Participate in regular case conferences, family meetings and team discussions This is a permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. Benefits Competitive salary: $110,425 to $121,907 per annum (Pro rata) plus 12% superannuation. Professional development allowance of $1,000 per annum. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Psychology recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia. Registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA. Working with Children Check (as applicable). Current Driver's Licence (desirable).
