Sheet Metal Fabricator We are seeking an experienced sheet-metal fabricator for our client in the manufacturing industry who crafts exceptional residential and commercial staircases. You will join their day-shift operation, Mon-Fri. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and assemble welded stair systems, including mild & stainless steel stairs, balustrades, handrails, and related components. Utilise TIG and MIG welding techniques to achieve a high-finished standard. Interpret engineering drawings and fabricate to specification. Perform quality control on your own outputs to ensure they meet our standards of finish and integrity. Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and contributing to the safety of self and others. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to interpret workshop, fabrication or structural drawings. Proven high-quality TIG and MIG welding skills for stair, balustrade and steel fabrication. Experience in working with mild and stainless steel in structural/fabrication applications. 10 years’ relevant fabrication experience highly regarded.
