Position Overview Our Client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join their warehouse and production team. This role involves filling and bagging fertiliser products, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Fill and bag fertiliser products in weights ranging from 5kg to 20kg. Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move stock safely within the warehouse. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace at all times. Follow all company workplace health and safety procedures and PPE requirements. Assist in general warehouse duties including stacking, palletising, and product movement. Support team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met. Skills and Experience Current Forklift Licence (LF). Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or labouring experience preferred. Physically fit and capable of manual handling (up to 65kg). Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and teamwork. Ability to follow directions and work both independently and within a team environment.
