You will collaborate closely with your Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum to inspire a high-performing team and foster a positive and inclusive culture. Key focus areas include • Coaching, developing and retaining educators • Driving occupancy, service quality and compliance across a well-established 120-place service • Building strong partnerships with families and the local community • Ensuring a smooth and safe experience for children and families • Monitoring budgets, staffing rosters and centre performance metrics About You • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Centre Manager • Proven success improving established services, including lifting occupancy and culture outcomes • Strong leadership skills and experience driving continuous improvement • In-depth understanding of Children’s Services Regulations and the National Quality Standard • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passionate, enthusiastic and committed to high-quality early education • Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and Food Safety Supervisor certificate Our Values Inspiring and Nurturing – We create environments where children are inspired to explore, learn and grow, and we nurture each child’s potential.
