Job Description In this role you will: Collaborate with F&B management leaders to execute the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar. Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests. through creative activations, events. Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes. Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met. Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
