Job Description About the Opportunity We are looking for an organised, proactive Coordinator, Internal Communications & Events to support Advocacy & Engagement team. In this dynamic role, you'll support a range of internal communication initiatives and events that connect and inspire people across Minderoo. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, your will: Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure timely processing of invoices. Manage domestic and international travel bookings for Advocacy & Engagement team members and Minderoo partners attending conferences and events. Maintain and regularly update key communication channels, ensuring new employees receive all relevant onboarding materials. Keep organisation-wide calendars up to date, supporting the scheduling of training sessions, guest speaker events, and operational activities across Minderoo. Support the Advisors, Internal Communications & Events and Events in planning and executing seamless internal events. Adapt working hours as needed to ensure effective event and task coverage across international time zones.
