As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll: Liaise with customers to manage orders, deliveries, payments, and ongoing communication. Work with kitchen companies, cabinet makers, and suppliers to coordinate forward schedules, deliveries, and payments for high-profile clients. Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from order placement through to delivery. Assist with web orders, ad-hoc administrative tasks, and support for Senior Product Experts. Learn and develop skills across luxury retail operations, with opportunities for mentoring and growth. You’ll have - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong administrative skills, including email and Google Workspace proficiency. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
