Your work will help young people facing complex and chronic mental health challenges to build hope, resilience, and connection. Key responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, therapeutic interventions including dyadic and family systems work Undertake case formulation, risk assessment, case coordination, and treatment for young people and families Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, professional development, and program planning Complete all organisational accountability and reporting requirements accurately and on time Who we’re looking for You’ll thrive in this role if you: Are a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or related discipline, with eligibility for membership in your qualified field Communicate clearly and compassionately, engage effectively with young people, families, and diverse stakeholders, and bring a client-focused, non-judgemental approach Solve problems with creativity and adaptability, and are open to feedback, self-care, and personal growth Value diversity and lived experience, engaging authentically with people from all backgrounds Demonstrate sound clinical expertise, confident decision-making, and the ability to manage time and pivot between tasks effectively Possess a current state-based driver’s licence What will make you stand out Experience working clinically with young people and their support networks in the context of severe mental health issues Experience in interdisciplinary teams and collaborative practice models What’s in it for you At Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
