St Leonard’s College is seeking an experienced and dedicated French Teacher to join our College community on a full time, ongoing basis, from Term 1, 2026. Reporting to the Head of Learning – Languages, the role will be responsible for teaching French subjects, across Years 5 to 12, in a collaborative and progressive environment. To be successful in this opportunity you will require: Tertiary qualifications in Education. Current VIT Registration. A current knowledge of the Australian Curriculum (French). Experience in teaching VCE and/or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Previous experience teaching within an Independent School setting (preferred). Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and innovative use of ICT in the classroom to enrich learning. Well-developed classroom management strategies which enhance student engagement and outcomes.
