What You’ll Be Doing As part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, you’ll: Deliver responsive, people-focused ICT support across Scope sites. Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, networks, and other tech. Help staff use Microsoft 365 and digital tools effectively and securely. Maintain accurate ICT asset records and support the full technology lifecycle. Contribute to projects, system improvements, site rollouts, and documentation. PD -ICT Service Technician 2025.docx What You Bring You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping others succeed through technology. You have: Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. Skills in troubleshooting networks, hardware, and audiovisual equipment. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL processes. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Certificate IV in IT (or equivalent experience).
