The Process Development Analyst is responsible to develop and integrate key policies and processes as part of a significant reform program to establish the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC). The Process Development Analyst will contribute to a new operating model, map new processes, integrate existing processes, create and update policies, and develop adjacent business collateral. What we are looking for Demonstrated experience working within regulatory environments, and/or those requiring strict adherence to legislation, standards, and policy objectives. Proven experience mapping processes and delivering complex, process-oriented initiatives. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to think both strategically and methodically. About the BPC The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing. It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation. Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
