ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Senior Manager – IT, as Product Owner, you'll be the go-to person for shaping and evolving digital products that support VicScreen's work. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, build strong partnerships, and turn ideas into clear priorities. With a creative and solutions-focused mindset, you'll help ensure our products and services continue to grow and adapt as the organisation does. WHAT YOU'LL BRING You're a confident communicator who knows how to bring teams together around a shared product vision. You're great at building strong relationships across the business, influencing, and turning ideas into action. With hands-on experience delivering tech solutions alongside third-party providers, you're comfortable managing requirements, testing, and ensuring quality. You also know how to support change and help teams adopt new tools and ways of working. Plus, you bring solid knowledge of modern technologies that will support the management of VicScreen clients, grants, content, digital assets and information. You'll also be equipped with: Work Experience: Extensive experience as a Product Owner, supporting to development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps in a government or regulated environment. Strong technical skills and understanding of development lifecycle models. Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology (desirable). * Energy: Your motivation and initiative are demonstrated in everything you do, and you will be a valued behind the scenes team member.
