HR Business Partner Department of Parliamentary Services Ongoing, full-time opportunity Salary: PoV Grade 4 from $97,955 to $111,142 plus 12% superannuation Hybrid working arrangement We are seeking a HR Business Partner that is adaptable, eager to learn and enjoys contributing to a collaborative environment to join our high performing team. In this partnering role you will support and manage a dedicated HR portfolio and will work closely with your Senior HR Business Partner on a range of organisation-wide HR activities. You will partner with employees, leaders and Members of Parliament to support operational HR matters including recruitment and selection, workforce planning, job design, performance management, and employee relations.
