About the Role: As our Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you'll be a cornerstone of our multidisciplinary team, providing expert guidance, education, and support to clients, families, and healthcare providers. Key Selection Criteria: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement (Acute & Supportive Care). Minimum 5 years' senior-level experience in palliative care. Advanced clinical proficiency in prescribing and delivering evidence-based treatments and interventions.
