The Role This newly created leadership position provides clinical oversight and operational guidance to a skilled therapeutic team supporting people affected by domestic and family violence. You will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery; Providing clinical supervision and embedding best practice standards across the team; Overseeing service compliance, reporting, and quality assurance processes; Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes; Supporting professional development and staff wellbeing within a collaborative, mission-driven environment; and This is a rewarding leadership opportunity where your clinical expertise and guidance will directly contribute to creating safer, healthier communities. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical discipline (essential); Experience providing domestic and family violence or therapeutic services; Proven background in team leadership or clinical supervision; Strong understanding of trauma-informed and evidence-based practice; and Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
