About the role We're looking for a Senior Account Manager with blue-sky ideas - and the magic to actually pull them off. Someone who can talk big-picture strategy and get into the nitty-gritty. You know that comms isn’t just noise, it’s about starting cultural conversations. And most importantly, you live and breathe entertainment. You will have 5 years of experience in PR, working in film, television or streaming publicity. You will have a flair for everything from Canva decks to creator campaigns, and a sixth sense for what’s trending in TV, film and music. If you know your way around a red carpet, can spot a rising star on TikTok, and still love solid media relations, you might just be our person. Your days will be packed with entertainment strategy, talent wrangling, influencer vibes, media pitching, red carpets, content galore, and a few late-night premieres. Some of the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Maintaining and developing exceptional relationships with media across all sectors of film, entertainment, TV, streaming Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across film, television and streaming. Supporting your team on the various retainer accounts and projects Leading meetings with clients and proactively set up agendas, both internally and externally. Coaching and mentoring of junior staff to help manage their time and focus. Identify target press and influencers for pitching according to demographics, circulation and followers, subsequently pitch out feature ideas and talent. Writing and sending press releases and screening invitations. Running a press office and planning all aspects of a press junket, including multi-talent schedules and logistics including cars, hotels and groomers. Collation, reporting and analysis of coverage and campaign status and effectiveness. Developing proposals and strategies for your projects or pitches and presenting ideas to clients.
