We’re looking for female Disability Support Workers to join our amazing team supporting a fun loving group of participants in a brand new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Support Worker, you’ll help our clients live life their way – at home, work, and in the community. You’ll build independence, confidence, and real connections. Your day might include: Personal care, meals, and medication support Helping clients access hobbies, events, and community activities Using communication and mobility aids Transporting clients in Achieve vehicles (auto gearbox) Writing case notes and updating client systems Advocating for inclusion and empowerment. ♀️ Who We’re Looking For: Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support or Relevant Experience Warm, adaptable, and great with people Understanding of NDIS, human rights, and safety standards Ability to transport clients in Achieve Australia vehicles (automatic gearbox) across the region. Candidates without a current NSW driver’s licence are subject to a risk assessment.
