Employee Relations Advisor Sydney, 2000 We’re partnering with a globally renowned retail and sports lifestyle business to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor. This role will play a key part in building a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. You’ll work closely with retail and support leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of employee relations, performance management, investigations, and compliance. What you'll do: Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances. Partner with managers to drive performance, engagement, and compliance across a large, multi-site workforce. Deliver training on ER best practice and coach leaders to build capability and confidence. Contribute to policy development, business improvement initiatives, and broader People projects. Stay on top of legislative and award updates, ensuring fair and consistent people practices. What we're looking for: 5 years’ HR experience, ideally within retail or large, multi-site operations. Strong understanding of Australian employment law, modern awards, and HR policies. Proven experience managing ER cases end-to-end. Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently. Experience with NZ employment law (highly regarded) Why join?
