Tell me about this role: We are currently looking for a Baseline or higher security cleared Process Authors to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the development, sustainment and continuous improvement of processes supporting project teams in the Maritime domain. What will I be doing day to day? Work closely with stakeholders to define business and system problems, their causes, as well as options for their resolution Develop a suite of supporting processes to enable optimisation across the sustainment enterprise Develop standardised processes, procedures and work instructions in a consistent and repeatable format within the Business Management System Ensure all developed processes comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 55001 standards Liaise often and closely with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations What sort of skills do I need? Formal qualification in Business Process Management, Quality Process Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in process modelling, documentation and governance Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55001, ideally with experience aligning process documentation to these standards Strong written and verbal communication, client engagement ability Process orientated with good attention to detail Minimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade to an NV1 What’s in it for me?
