With two large "superstores" and a growing online presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Site Store Manager to oversee operations across both our Victoria Park and Osborne Park stores. This is not just about running stores—it's about driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and lifting team performance across both sites. To reward success, we offer monthly sales bonuses and annual KPI bonuses, paid on performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coordinate daily operations across two high-volume stores. Drive sales performance and lead by example on the shop floor. Deliver outstanding customer service standards, ensuring every customer leaves delighted. Train, coach, and mentor staff—sharing your experience to build a high-performing sales team. Oversee rosters, staff development, and performance across both stores. Ensure store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising standards are consistently maintained. Analyze sales results and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve customer experience. Collaborate with senior management on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and business improvements. Maintain operational compliance, including cash handling, stock control, and WHS. About You Proven track record as a store manager or multi-site manager with a sales focus. A minimum of 3-5 years of store management experience is required. Strong background in customer service excellence and team leadership. Ability to train, coach, and inspire staff to sell confidently and provide outstanding service. Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing responsibilities across two stores. Commercially focused, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Passion for fabrics, creativity, or home décor is highly regarded. Flexibility to work across both locations, including weekends when required. Australian work rights are required for this position.
