Day to day responsibilities of the successful Senior Strata Manager will include: Managing an established and well-maintained portfolio based in the northern suburbs of Sydney Mentor a team within your POD Acting in a true relationship management capacity to always ensure A grade service and retention of clients Promoting a culture of continual learning and being the go-to person within your POD for escalated matters Ensuring cohesion and collaboration across your existing, dedicated and experienced team of professionals The successful Strata Manager will have the following professional and personal attributes: Substantial experience as a Strata Manager Class 2 license Solid knowledge of strata legislation and a desire to continually learn Superior communication skills and a high level of business acumen Enjoy mentoring others and taking ownership Leading from the front, living and breathing the company's core values Leading the way with regards to progressive systems and a bona fide flexible, agile working environment, this is an opportunity to join a company who genuinely value their team members and acknowledge them as their greatest asset!
